Following extensive research and feedback from you, Wood of Bournemouth BMW are making a change for the better.

We’ve listened and we’ve learnt. Over the past 12 months we’ve made some significant changes to the retail and service experience we offer - all for the benefit of our customers and in response to your comments.

In order to improve our service levels and experience for you, we have moved our BMW Service Reception to the location of our Service Centre. Makes perfect sense really doesn’t it? This will mean you can talk to our experienced service team, on-site and directly upon your arrival and on departure. You really will be able to feel the difference.

We’re not afraid of changing the way we do things if it improves the overall customer experience. We firmly believe the move of our reception area to our workshop facility (in preference to the previous drop-off at the showroom) is a commitment to changes for the better”.
